Ayer8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the ayer8 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any services provided by ayer8.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to updates from time to time.
Acceptance of terms and conditions of use
By registering an account, accessing, or using the ayer8 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon clicking the "Register" button or logging in to your account.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the ayer8 platform and close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The ayer8 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that using online entertainment services is lawful under the regulations applicable in your place of residence.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
Registration and account information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the ayer8 platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, email address, and any other required details. ayer8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the ayer8 support team immediately at [email protected]. ayer8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
User responsibilities when using the platform
Users agree not to use the ayer8 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Using another person's account or sharing an account among multiple users
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the system
- Disrupting or preventing other users from accessing the platform
- Posting content that is defamatory, abusive, or threatening towards other users
Payments, deposits, and transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ayer8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their ayer8 account are from legitimate and lawfully obtained sources.
Deposits to your ayer8 account are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including local e-wallets and online bank transfers. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. ayer8 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals from your ayer8 account are subject to the following conditions:
- The user's account must be active and have completed the required identity verification process.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Ayer8 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal request deemed unusual.
- Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
Ayer8 reserves the right to freeze or withhold transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of the terms of use. In such cases, the user will be notified and may submit appropriate verification documents.
Limitation of liability, account suspension, and intellectual property
Ayer8 limitation of liability
The ayer8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. ayer8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that the content displayed will be accurate at all times. To the extent permitted by law, ayer8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from gaming activity.
Account suspension and closure
Ayer8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or misusing the platform in any way. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the support team by email to request a review. ayer8 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a specified period, with prior notice given to the user.
Intellectual property and third-party links
All content on the ayer8 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of ayer8 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from ayer8.
The ayer8 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ayer8 has no control over the content of such third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to terms and applicable law
Ayer8 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. By using the ayer8 platform, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed removed while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect. ayer8's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
